- Dress is made from stretch material with black and white stripes printed on the bodice.
- Printed over the stripes are two knives and blood splatter everywhere.
- Costume has red tulle straps and gold tassels on the waistband.
- Skirt is made from red material with a 'Circus Hell" badge printed towards one side.
- Behind the skirt is red jaggered tulle material.
- Included is a headband with a plastic knife attached to look like it has gone through the head.
